Product Care

How to remove dust

Dust regularly with a soft, dry cotton cloth or a soft-bristled brush.

How to remove stains

Dab with a slightly damp cloth and a drop of neutral soap. Move in small circles, from the edge to the center of the stain. (We recommend trying the treatment first in a hidden corner of the bag.) Alternate cleaning and drying until the stain disappears. Let it dry for at least 12 hours in a ventilated area, away from sunlight and heat sources.

Difficult stains

In case of difficult stains, rely on specialized centers for cleaning and treating leather products with experienced staff, good products, and dedicated machinery.

When the bag gets wet

Let it air dry in a well-ventilated place for 2-3 days. Strictly avoid hair dryers, radiators, stoves & co; direct heat is leather's worst enemy. Sun is fine, but in moderation, as natural leathers fear prolonged exposure to UV rays. Store them away from direct light when not in use.
